About this game
A Summer's End: Hong Kong 1986 is a Ren'Py visual novel about Michelle, a young professional working in 1980s Hong Kong, and Sam, a free-spirited woman she meets by chance. Their first meeting tilts slowly into a romance that catches both of them off guard. Oracle and Bone draws the city directly from the period: neon-soaked nights, Cantonese pop, contemporary anime references, and a fashion sense pulled straight from the era. The 2DCG art holds the retro look across every scene, and the story leans on identity, family, and culture as much as it does on romance. Content is a focused lesbian romance with multiple endings, gentle teasing, and oral-sex scenes used sparingly to anchor key emotional turns rather than to drive the narrative.
