If Terry is in their chambers with a partner (via their evening routine), you may knock to give them a goodnight kiss or join in. When you visit a sleeping Terry (with permission), you may try to kiss them. Terry will now sometimes visit your room at night to sleep over if their stats are sufficiently high and their routine allows. A new evening routine will make Terry stop by your room every night.
