About this game

Love is Strange is a Ren'Py parody dating sim built around Max Caulfield, an 18-year-old in her second year at Blackwell Academy in the seaside town of Arcadia Bay. The setup recasts Life Is Strange's beats into a peaceful alternate universe where the supernatural threat never lands. Team RumbleBee writes Max around a school photography contest that asks her to pick a partner, and her route opens up from there. Four female love interests run alongside her: Chloe Price, Kate Marsh, Victoria Chase, and Rachel Amber. 2DCG anime-leaning art carries the cast across every scene. Content stays a focused lesbian romance with no sexual content on screen. Emotional storylines branch based on choices, and the writing leans on the feelings the source material set up rather than reinventing them.
