About this game

Please Be Happy is a Studio Élan comfy slice-of-life visual novel set in a fictional version of Wellington, New Zealand. The dev openly markets it as 100% Lesbian. Born as a fox in the forest of Korea, Miho carries the memory of a traveler who showed her kindness and spoke of home. Now more human than fox, she has spent a long, long time searching for that person. She arrives by airship to Wellington, one of the jewels of the floating island of New Zealand, with much to learn about human culture and society. The 2DCG anime art carries the cast voiced in full. Content threads lesbian romance, monster girl dynamics (kitsune), multiple endings, and dating-sim structure. No sexual content on screen: the story sits in the romance-only lineage of yuri storytelling. A focused, character-first entry.
