About this game
Salome's Kiss is an Ebi-hime Ren'Py kinetic novel about Letitia Reed, an unremarkable woman, meek and mild, who prefers to keep her head down. As governess to the wealthy Mortimer family, she devotes her humdrum London days to schooling her pupil Clara into the image of an ideal lady. Beneath the placid surface, desires intense enough to unnerve her have been building. As Clara matures, Letitia's feelings toward her mature with her, and the writing lets the slow recognition settle one chapter at a time. Driven to distraction by Clara's sensuous brown eyes and seraphic laughter, Letitia begins to question her sanity. The 2DCG anime art carries the Victorian-feel palette, and the story sits as a focused lesbian romance, kinetic in structure, with the writing earning every emotional turn.
